Job Title: Identity and Access Manager Job Description The Identity and Access Manager is responsible for leading and participating in the design, development, and implementation of identity and access management (IAM) solutions across the enterprise to ensure secure access to digital resources for employees, customers, and partners. Responsibilities • Lead and oversee the operations of Account Administration and manage Identity governance throughout the Identity lifecycle. • Design and operate Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC) systems. • Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to maintain regulatory compliance in identity management processes. • Participate in audits of information technology systems and monitor identity management systems. • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in identity management systems. • Manage priorities and escalations related to digital identity tasks and access issues. • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and manage service level agreement requirements. • Observe all laws, regulations, and obligations while conducting business on behalf of the company. • Work safely in accordance with established procedures and appreciate the value of diverse backgrounds and experiences. Essential Skills • Strong experience with Identity Management tools, such as Microsoft's Active Directory. • Basic understanding of Identity Management principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. • Experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and managing work assignments to meet project milestones. • Ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them in an evolving environment. • Customer-focused with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions. • Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. • Good interpersonal skills for effective interface with other professionals. • Good computer skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment. • Automation skills, such as scripting, are strongly desired. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience. • Information Assurance certification may be required. • CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications are preferred. Work Environment This manager position involves managing the operations of account administration and other identity lifecycle scenarios with a team of three direct reports. The role is hands-on, with 60%-75% hands-on work and 40%-25% management duties. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and managing account administration queues, guiding admins on processes, handling customer escalations, and implementing security measures across hardware, software, data, and processes. Technologies used include SAILpoint, Windows, Active Directory, and domain systems. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
