Position: 365 Architect Location: US (Remote Work) Employment Type: Contract Job Overview: • We are seeking an experienced M365 Office Architect to lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and efficiency across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and related services, along with a strong ability to align technology solutions with business objectives. • Key Responsibilities: • Design and architect Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to meet business needs, ensuring optimal use of Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other M365 components. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications. • Develop and implement strategies for migration to Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. • Establish best practices for governance, security, and compliance within the Microsoft 365 environment. • Optimize the use of Microsoft 365 tools and services to improve collaboration and communication across the organization. • Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams and end-users, facilitating training and adoption of M365 tools. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of M365 solutions, making recommendations for enhancements and improvements. • Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, features, and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as an M365 Architect, Office 365 Consultant, or similar role, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 solutions. • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. • Experience with identity and access management, security compliance, and governance in the context of Microsoft 365. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are preferred. Skills: • Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture, design, and administration. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and design effective technology solutions. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
