Location: Cincinnati, OH Job Description: We invite passionate and skilled candidates to apply for the position of Lead Solution Architect. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing multiple programs and projects, collaborating with diverse teams, and delivering exceptional solutions. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in program management, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in managing intricate programs. Key Roles & Responsibilities • Technical Competency & Solution Excellence • Lead the technical efforts in Cloud, Data, AI/ML, and Advanced Analytics, specifically within the CPG sector. • Steer solution architecture, ensuring alignment with best practices and client requirements. • Assess and promote the adoption of innovative technologies to improve delivery and operational efficiency. • Ensure seamless integration of platforms such as Databricks, Azure, AWS, SAP, and other CPG-specific tools. • Client Engagement & Business Growth • Foster and maintain strong client relationships, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. • Drive account expansion through proactive strategies and cross-selling opportunities. • Lead pre-sales efforts by developing compelling value propositions. • Strategic Planning & Expansion • Identify and exploit new business opportunities in both established and emerging markets. • Collaborate with leadership to develop growth roadmaps and execution strategies. • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to sustain competitive advantages. • Stakeholder Management & Satisfaction • Serve as the primary escalation point, ensuring swift resolution to client concerns. • Collect and integrate feedback to enhance service delivery and client engagement. • Program & Delivery Oversight • Ensure the smooth execution of projects, meeting client expectations and agreed SLAs. • Oversee implementation teams to ensure high-quality technical delivery. • Champion continuous improvement and innovation in solutions. Skills & Experience: • 12-20 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering development. • Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (Python, PySpark) and frameworks. • Extensive expertise in the Azure ecosystem, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL, Azure DataBricks, HD Insights, and ML Services. • In addition to technical acumen, we seek candidates with a knack for helping client organizations understand application architectures and integration strategies, architecting advanced cloud solutions, and overseeing the development of these systems. Pay: The wage range for this role reflects various factors influencing compensation decisions, including skills, experience, and organizational needs. The estimated salary range is $150,000 - $220,000. Additionally, you may qualify for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.
