This hybrid role blends customer experience responsibilities with reporting and analysis, making it ideal for a proactive professional with strong technical skills and a passion for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable collaborating across departments in a fast-paced, evolving environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Handle day-to-day customer experience tasks, including fielding calls and providing high-quality support. • Enter and verify customer orders in the ERP system (SAP experience preferred). • Assist the CEO and Director of Operations with ERP report extraction and data transformation. • Identify and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational and customer service performance. • Build dashboards, graphs, and metrics to communicate insights effectively. • Collaborate with internal teams to create and improve data workflows and reporting structures. Adapt to evolving business needs, proposing and implementing improvements to support efficiency and growth. QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with ERP systems required; SAP preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and graphing tools. • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. • Experience in a fast-paced or growth-stage company is a plus. • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus but not required.
