Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategic plans for expanding EPAM's market presence through Microsoft partnerships. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies for maximizing the impact of Microsoft partnerships. Actively engage with Microsoft sales teams to identify and pursue joint sales opportunities. Work closely with EPAM's sales team to ensure alignment and collaboration in executing joint sales initiatives with Microsoft. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft's products and services to effectively position EPAM's offerings and drive value for clients. Provide regular updates and reports on the status of CPGR initiatives and partnership performance to senior management. Lead and manage negotiations for partnership agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at Microsoft to foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to Microsoft products and services, and use this knowledge to drive strategic decision-making. Represent EPAM at industry events and conferences to promote our partnership with Microsoft and identify potential new opportunities. Continuously evaluate and improve partner engagement and management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor and provide guidance to other team members to support their growth and development within the organization.
