Position: Senior Power Platform Developer (Secret Clearance) Position Overview: Oran Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer to support a Department of Defense (DoD) program. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Power Apps development, Dataverse, and the broader Microsoft Power Platform. This is a full-time remote position requiring an active Secret security clearance and Power Platform certification. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy custom Power Apps applications using Canvas and Model-Driven approaches. • Implement and manage data structures and logic in Dataverse to support application functionality. • Integrate Power Platform apps with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and external data sources. • Utilize Power Automate to build and maintain automated workflows across systems. • Create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI (as needed) to support decision-making. • Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant solutions in accordance with DoD security standards. • Provide support for testing, documentation, deployment, and training of developed solutions. Required Qualifications: • U.S. Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance. • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in software/application development. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse. • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse architecture, security roles, data modeling, and integration capabilities. • Experience working in DoD or Federal environments. • Proficient in Power Fx, JSON, JavaScript, and RESTful API integrations. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. • Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Azure AD). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops in the Power Platform ecosystem. • Experience with DoD 365-J or GCC High environments.
