Our client, Spiceorb, is seeking a Lead Solution Architect for Advanced Analytics & Data Services (Media & Hospitality). Location Orlando, FL (4 days on-site) Responsibilities Lead Advanced Analytics and Data services engagement for media and hospitality clients. Define next-generation Analytic solutions for marketing and optimization as a thought leader and Lead Solution Architect. Own client relationships related to the engagement. Mentor junior consultants within the team. Coordinate with project stakeholders and teams for successful project execution. Serve as the single point of contact for delivery activities across a global account. Monitor and improve delivery, reporting, and communication standards. Provide ongoing mentoring to develop domain knowledge, technical skills, and leadership skills. Must Have Skills 10+ years of experience in consulting, project management, and client engagement. Experience managing onshore and offshore operations. Experience as an onshore engagement manager in an onshore-offshore model. Ability to interact with VP and Senior Manager levels. Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. Desired Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or quantitative fields like Mathematics, Statistics, Economics. Hands-on experience with R, SAS, Python, and modeling techniques. Knowledge of digital marketing and omnichannel strategies. Experience with data visualization tools like QlikView and Tableau. Analytical skills to craft data-driven stories. Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, and Smartsheet. Proposal and SOW writing skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to fast-paced environments. Qualifications Graduate degree in Data Science or Advanced Analytics preferred.
