We're seeking a knowledgeable and service-driven IT Help Desk Technician to resolve issues related to phones, networking, hardware, software, and printers. The ideal candidate is both a skillful problem-solver and an exceptional communicator. Overview & Responsibilities • Respond to support requests via ticketing system, email, phone, chat, or in person • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues • Deliver clear, step-by-step solutions to end-users Knowledge & Experience • Proficiency in troubleshooting IT systems, hardware, and software • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools: Teams, Defender, Purview, O365, SharePoint, Entra ID, etc. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Patient, personable, and customer-focused approach Skills & Qualifications • Associate degree in Information Technology • 2–3 years' experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin Center • Microsoft Certifications a plus • Friendly, team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude Compensation • Pay range: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Additional Details • Support provided for five business units on main campus and seven remote St. Louis–area locations • Mileage reimbursement available for travel • Relaxed dress code (neat blue jeans and polo shirt) • No supervisory responsibilities Cardinal Ritter Senior Services does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in the admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its federally assisted programs and activities.
