Summary Develops domain solution architecture, policies, standards, and processes that manage the lifecycle of solutions. Helps plan, estimate, design, and develop new solutions as well as educates and promotes best practices and architecture. Partners with functional teams to address challenges encountered during the project lifecycle. Ensures solutions align with enterprise architecture and meet current and future organizational needs. Essential Functions Partner with PMO and functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, including designing and implementing solution architecture, and modifying it as needed to fit system or infrastructure requirements. Understand, advocate, and enhance the principles of information technology and domain business drivers to guide solution decisions. Stay informed of technology industry and market trends and assess their impact on architecture guidelines, standards, and best practices. Promote the architecture process and its outcomes, defining principles to guide solution decisions for infrastructure and tools. Design and implement an Enterprise Solution Architecture (ESA) based on enterprise business requirements and IT standards. Evaluate and select software product standards and design standard software configurations. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities Exposure to diverse technologies and processing environments. Strong knowledge of Service Fabric, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory. Effective leadership skills (preferred). Analytical skills, excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills. Knowledge of enterprise technical architecture, business process re-engineering, financial models, network architecture, application development methodologies, SOA, object-oriented analysis, and design. Ability to understand both the big picture and short-term needs, translate business needs into architecture requirements, estimate financial impacts, and adapt to new technologies. Advanced skills in SOA design, SDLC, Agile, and enterprise application integration. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 10 years in IT disciplines such as technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management, or operations. Minimum 5 years in domain architecture. Advanced skills in SOA design, SDLC, Agile, and enterprise application integration. Travel 0-10% Additional Information Salary ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, potentially supplemented with bonuses.
