Data Analyst / Business Analyst (Onsite 3 Days/Week – Fort Washington, PA) We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team in Fort Washington, PA. This hybrid role requires onsite presence three days per week and offers the opportunity to work directly with business users to support a variety of data needs. Key Responsibilities: • Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand and support their data requirements • Manipulate, analyze, and present large data sets using SQL and Microsoft Excel (including Macros) • Format and structure data for reporting and business consumption • Operate independently and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision once tasks are assigned • Collaborate within a larger IT team, with a solid understanding of various technical roles and how they interconnect Qualifications: • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with Macros and handling large data sets • Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach when working with business users • Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment • Prior experience as a Business Analyst is a strong plus • Familiarity with ERP systems is highly desirable • Must have a foundational understanding of Finance and HR domains, including key entities and typical data structures
