Security Architect – Microsoft Security Suite & Data Loss Prevention We are seeking an experienced Security Architect to take ownership of Microsoft Security Suite management and lead data loss prevention (DLP) initiatives across the Microsoft 365 environment. This role is crucial to ensuring the security, integrity, and resilience of enterprise-wide systems while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in security architecture, compliance enforcement, and incident response strategies. Key Responsibilities • Microsoft Security Suite Management – Oversee the design, deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft security tools, including Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Purview, and other related technologies • Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Strategy – Develop and execute comprehensive DLP policies, protecting sensitive data across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations • Security Governance & Risk Management – Establish robust security policies and procedures to safeguard digital assets, enforce access controls, and prevent unauthorized data exfiltration • Threat Detection & Incident Response – Lead incident response initiatives, conducting investigations, root cause analysis, mitigation strategies, and reporting, ensuring rapid resolution of security threats • Security Architecture & Integration – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, business units, and executive leadership, to align security initiatives with organizational goals and infrastructure strategies • Continuous Improvement & Compliance – Stay ahead of emerging security trends, vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes, implementing proactive security enhancements, audit readiness, and compliance adherence • Automation & Optimization – Utilize AI-driven security analytics, automation, and threat intelligence tools to streamline incident management, policy enforcement, and monitoring workflows Qualifications • Extensive experience in Microsoft Security Suite architecture, configuration, and implementation • Strong expertise in DLP strategies for Microsoft 365 and data protection frameworks • Proven ability to develop, enforce, and audit security policies for enterprise environments • Hands-on experience with security monitoring, threat response, and compliance alignment • Ability to collaborate across teams, translating technical security requirements into business-friendly solutions This is an opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-evolving security landscape, ensuring the protection of critical enterprise data and infrastructure.
