Job Overview The Information Technology office is accepting applications for a Senior Application Development Analyst to join the Digital Services unit. This team handles the design, development, and support for projects such as the JCC Virtual Customer Services Center Intelligent Chat, Voice to Text Translation Application, Digitization of Court Records, and SharePoint implementations across program areas. The Senior Application Development Analyst will design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions to improve collaboration, document management, and business processes. Responsibilities include customizing SharePoint Online, developing workflows, integrating enterprise applications, and optimizing system performance. Key Responsibilities Lead activities in the development and deployment of SharePoint applications. Manage SharePoint administration, security, integration, and system connectivity. Troubleshoot issues and support end users. Oversee SharePoint governance and compliance. Create and update reporting and analytics standards. Lead automation of business processes and workflow development. Qualifications Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, and five years of relevant design and development experience. Alternatively, a combination of education and experience may be considered. Desirable skills include expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Collaboration tools, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), workflow automation tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, as well as experience with SharePoint migrations and Agile environments.
