Job description • Lead or support the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. • Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 modules based on client needs. • Develop and maintain integrations, reports, and customizations using Microsoft tools. • Provide testing, training, and post-implementation support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders. • Support upgrade and patching activities. • Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and user manuals. • Conduct user training and support UAT processes. • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions. Required Skills and Qualifications • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM, Finance & Operations, or other modules. • Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and Lifecycle Services (LCS). • Ability to perform full lifecycle implementations and system upgrades. • Strong communication and client-facing skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote or onsite environment. • Experience with Dynamics 365 security and role-based access control (RBAC). • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
