About the Role: Data Analytics Consultant (Power BI) As a Data Analytics Consultant with a focus on Power BI, you'll leverage your visualization expertise to deliver high-impact analytics solutions. You'll work alongside business stakeholders and technical teams to design, build, and optimize dashboards, reports, and data models that drive real decision-making. What You’ll Be Doing: -Translating business requirements into intuitive, dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports -Designing data models that are scalable, performant, and user-friendly -Connecting to and transforming data from various sources using Power Query and DAX -Implementing best practices for data visualization, user experience, and performance optimization -Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, actionable insights are delivered to stakeholders -Supporting data governance and quality initiatives, ensuring reliable reporting environments -Communicating complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner What We’re Looking For: -Bachelor's degree in a related field (Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business Analytics, etc.) -1–3 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence, with a strong emphasis on Power BI -Solid understanding of DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI Service -Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational data models -Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus -Experience with additional tools like Python or other BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a bonus -Strong communication skills, especially when working with non-technical stakeholders -A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation Benefits of Working with Us: -Full-time employment in an exciting and growing industry -Clear paths for growth with performance reviews and salary discussions every 6 months -Flexible working environment (hybrid/remote options) -Competitive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401k with match -3+ weeks paid vacation, flexible holidays, and wellness-focused culture
