Job Title: Product Owner & Scrum Master (P&C Insurance) Must-Have Experience: • Property and Casualty Data Projects • Property and Casualty Data Ingestion with Azure AD experience Job Responsibilities • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements. • Lead the product vision and strategy for data ingestion and data feed processing projects within the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. • Oversee the implementation of data ingestion processes using Azure Data Factory (ADF), ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Key Requirements and Skillset for this Role • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master, preferably within the insurance industry, with a focus on Property and Casualty (P&C) projects. • Strong understanding of data ingestion processes and data feeds, with hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in managing product backlogs and sprint cycles. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data requirements into clear and actionable tasks for the development team. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master) are a plus.
