The NorthStar Group is in high growth mode, looking for committed and dedicated Inside Salespeople that will work with 3-4 NorthStar clients looking for opportunities for those clients to grow their businesses. Our team is a group of experienced Inside Salespeople that have professional phone communication and Microsoft 365 skills to seek opportunities that help our clients sell more. Our team is fun, interesting, and goal oriented. We share our successes and challenges every day. We are looking for individuals who have been on the phone selling for 2 years minimum, are hardworking, love a team environment, and can work with technology (Word, Excel, CRM database, etc.).
