PDQ is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a dynamic role working with existing customers to cross-sell them additional products while also leveraging customer relationships to help acquire net new logos within an assigned territory. The territory includes all cities, counties, universities/colleges, K12 schools, and state entities within multiple US states. You’ll be taking a proactive approach to learn from existing customers why they love PDQ, what initiatives our solutions may be aligned with, and other themes that will influence PDQ’s ability to expand our footprint. You will build pipeline through outbound efforts via referrals, targeted campaigns to key prospects, and through inbound leads in your assigned territory. What you'll be doing: • Oversee a portfolio of identified customers throughout their entire customer journey • Become an expert in the features, benefits and application of PDQ's suite of products and look for opportunities to cross-sell • Build strategic account plans for coordinated and prioritized outreach in your territory including messaging, contact sourcing, and execution of campaigns to build pipeline • Perform detailed discovery that helps to uncover the primary pain points a prospect or customer is experiencing, build relationships with key stakeholders, and gain an understanding of the right products & features to help the prospect solve their problems • Understand the needs and motivations of all members of the buying committee to target messaging, build business cases, and drive towards a purchase • Leverage deep product knowledge and discovery information to perform a targeted demo that shows the prospective customer how they can solve their problems with our products. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (we use Salesforce!)
