JOB REQUIREMENTS: Full job title: Microsoft 365 Suite & Power Platform Technology Specialist Develop and provide lead support for Microsoft 365 applications focusing on the Power platform. Re-write existing InfoPath forms and convert to PowerApps prior to the InfoPath application retirement. Serve as an Office 365 team lead responsible for improving team ticket metrics by decreasing time-to-close statistics. Educate team members on new Microsoft features and functionality. Provide Level 3 support for incoming issues for existing PowerApps forms, including troubleshooting, recommending and implementing fixes. Fulfill requests for custom solutions using PowerApps. Gather requirements; design solutions; and test, implement and conduct post-implementation validation of the solution. Address and provision customer license request. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 7 years in any job title involving application development and support experience. Prior experience must include: 4 years of Microsoft 365 suite application development; Cloud computing; Analyzing business requirements and designing comprehensive, scalable, and cost-effective solutions; Integrating diverse applications, systems, and services on-premises and in the cloud; Working with cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure; Working with scripting languages including PowerShell; Developing and supporting SharePoint and Power Apps; and Working with Power Automate to create custom workflows and troubleshoot issues related to workflows. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Other: Email resume to: Fiserv.Recruitment_Resume@fiserv.com.
