Job Summary We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join our Data and Analytics team on a contract/contract-to-hire basis. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates in the Orlando, FL area. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in data engineering, SQL, Python programming, and data visualization, along with a solid understanding of machine learning techniques. This role will be instrumental in building scalable data solutions and deploying ML models that enhance decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities • ML Development & Deployment: Design, build, and deploy production-ready machine learning models that address real business problems and drive operational efficiency. • Data Engineering & Transformation: Create and manage robust, scalable data pipelines for ETL/ELT processes using SQL and Python, ensuring high data quality and accessibility. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into actionable technical deliverables. • Data Visualization: Create compelling and informative dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights and track performance metrics. • Model Maintenance: Monitor, evaluate, and refine deployed models to ensure sustained performance and adapt to changing business needs.
