PRIMARY FUNCTION: The primary responsibility of the Cold Storage Account Manager is to promote, prospect, sell, and conduct follow-up on the Health Care Logistics Cold Storage Product Categories. RESPONSIBILITIES: • The primary responsibility is to increase sales of our Cold Storage Products, including Temperature Refrigeration, Freezer, and Room Temperature Products. • Maintain continuous contact with customers via phone, email, trade shows, demonstrations, and onsite visits. • Prospect for leads through direct customer interaction as well as leads generated by Account Managers, Health Care Logistics marketing efforts, and any vendor-generated leads. • Communicate customer feedback to the Sales Management team. • Provide input to the Marketing Group for the development of marketing materials as required. • Report regularly to Sales Management on current and potential clients. • Assist in training sessions for other sales personnel to enhance the promotion of Cold Storage Products. • Attend and participate in sales strategy meetings as necessary. • Coordinate and communicate with purchasing as needed.
