We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud/Devops Architect for our client. You will be instrumental in building, scaling, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Leveraging your deep expertise in containerization, orchestration, and automation, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our applications and infrastructure on AWS and OpenShift. Responsibilities: • Design, deploy, configure, and manage OpenShift clusters, ensuring their stability and performance. • Design, implement, and manage robust and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS. • Architect, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ensuring efficient and automated software delivery. • Develop and manage Helm charts for deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes and OpenShift. • Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments. • Implement and maintain comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for our infrastructure and applications. • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application deployment issues across AWS and OpenShift environments. • Implement and enforce security best practices across our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. • Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery. • Evaluate and adopt new DevOps and cloud technologies to improve efficiency and scalability. • Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and best practices. • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior DevOps/Cloud engineers. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 10-15+ years experience as a cloud/devops engineer • Architect and implement enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Design cloud infrastructure solutions optimized for scalability, observability, performance, and cost-efficiency. • Hands-on experience with OpenShift 10+ as a container platform. • Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services min 5+yrs experience (e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, ECS/EKS). • Strong experience with Docker and containerization technologies. • Significant experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration. • Proficiency in creating and managing Helm Charts for Kubernetes and OpenShift deployments. • Solid experience with Jenkins and building automated CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). • Strong scripting skills in at least one language (e.g., Python, Bash). • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch). • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex distributed systems. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: • AWS certifications (e.g., Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional). • Kubernetes certifications (e.g., CKA, CKAD, CKS). • Experience with other CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, CircleCI). • Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments. • Experience with serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda). • Experience with networking concepts and technologies in AWS.
