The Power BI Analyst transforms complex production & quality data into interactive dashboards and actionable insights to drive operational excellence. You will be responsible for Data Visualization & Reporting, Data Integration & Modeling, Stakeholder Collaboration and Process Optimization during the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Data Visualization & Reporting Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to monitor KPIs across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations. Translate complex semiconductor data into actionable insights for engineering, operations, and executive teams. Data Integration & Modeling Connect and transform data from MES, ERP, and SCADA systems. Build robust data models that support real-time analytics and predictive insights. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with process engineers, supply chain managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver customized reporting solutions. Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership. Process Optimization Identify inefficiencies in manufacturing workflows through data analysis. Support automation initiatives by integrating Power BI with other tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Azure). Required Skills Proficiency in Power BI , DAX , and Power Query Familiar with SQL, PLSQL, and basic RDB architecture Experience with Python or R is a plus Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and KPIs Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A good team player and can work independently when required. Good communication and documentation skills in English. Fluency in Mandarin for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
