Role Overview The Client is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 / .NET Developer to join its technology team. This role requires a strong background in Dynamics 365 development, .NET technologies, and production support. The developer will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver innovative solutions that support critical business processes. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and support solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Customize CRM forms, workflows, dashboards, business processes, plugins, and reports to meet business needs. • Build Model-Driven and Canvas applications; develop custom JavaScript and HTML web resources. • Implement and support integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., CVENT, MailChimp) using SOAP and REST APIs. • Utilize Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control tools (TFS, VSS). • Develop and maintain Web APIs, RESTful services, and .NET applications (ASP.NET 4.6, MVC, WCF, C#). • Create and modify SSRS reports and manage SQL Server databases. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members to deliver features in an Agile environment. • Contribute to the community of practice by sharing expertise and supporting team knowledge growth. Required Qualifications • Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and production support . • Strong proficiency with the .NET framework, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, C#, WCF, and Visual Studio . • Experience customizing Dynamics 365 (forms, workflows, dashboards, plugins, business processes). • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) . • Skilled in JavaScript, HTML, JSON, XML, and related web technologies. • Familiarity with XRMToolbox , Azure, AWS, and cloud technologies. • Experience with CRM integrations (CVENT, MailChimp). • Proficiency in MS SQL Server and developing SSRS reports . • Agile development experience with collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps. • UI/JavaScript certifications preferred.
