WORK SHIFT: First Shift (United States of America) JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Power Platform Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing Power Apps / Power Automate and Power BI-based solutions for the Global Management team. Participating in the implementation of the Azure Cloud Data Warehouse. This position reports to the Director of Data Science. Develop and implement efficient Microsoft 365 solutions with the Power Platform that is integrated or linked with other Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., MS Teams, MS SharePoint, MS Planner & MS Forms); • Develop and implement Microsoft Power Platform using Dataverse or SQL Server (Azure or On-premises) as supporting Data Source. • Give support to our Citizen Developers in using and applying the possibilities of the Microsoft platform. • Build and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions yourself or with our Citizen Developers. • Give training and guidance to the Citizen Developers on how to use the Power Platform. • Finalize Commission Management Applications and Rebate Management using Power Platform. • Create and analyze reports using Power BI (Desktop and Paginated Reports) for key customer account management; continuously develop and design content based on users' needs. • Works on confidential reports and projects. • Export ERP data and Service Data to Cambro Azure Data Lake using Azure Data Factory. • Transform and Aggregate Cambro Data Lake using Synapse Serverless Pool or Microsoft Fabric to use it as a Power BI Data Source. • Effectively interacts with members of all cross-functional departments with strong interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal) • Effectively manages and organizes multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. • Maintain reliable and consistent attendance, including being punctual and dependable, to meet the needs of the department and the organization. • Execute each essential duty satisfactorily to perform the job successfully. • Follows all safety procedures required in the work area, wears PPE as needed, attends all safety meetings, and reports safety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions. • Performs effectively as a team member, is able to work well with others, is open to receiving and giving feedback, and treats everyone with respect. • Takes ownership of own work and behavior, accepts accountability for own actions, encourages solutions, and communicates status of work/projects. • Follow all department quality standards/criteria. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required with 2-5 years of related previous experience. • Experience with the Microsoft 365 Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate & PowerBI). • Professional-level knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Platform • Advanced computer skills/expertise in Power Automation Tools, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and One Drive. • Experience with creating, managing, and administering Power Platform solutions and capabilities related to governance, administration, and operations management. • Power BI Dataflow, Power Query and Power Platform Dataflow knowledge required. • Power BI Experience Required: Data Modeling, Report, Dashboards, RLS, Dataflows, Dataset, DAX, Import Model and Direct Query, Paginated Reports. • Extensive Power Automate Knowledge Required. • Have experience in the Microsoft 365 security aspects • Microsoft SQL Server Knowledge: able to create Database Objects, perform complex queries, and create Stored Procedures in T-SQL. • Azure Data Service experience plus Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics. • Data Lakehouse knowledge plus. • Python and Pyspark Plus. • Knowledge of GIT and Azure DevOps and Power Platform application lifecycle management PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Master's Degree in a related field preferred • Multilingual Preferred • Microsoft Power Platform Certification Preferred • Azure Data Service Experience Preferred • Salesforce.com experience preferred (Sales and Service Cloud, etc.) Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
