Sr. Data Engineer Seeking a skilled Applications Support Data Engineer (Azure SQL) to join our Software Engineering team based in Lakewood/Golden, CO. This position plays a critical role in supporting the internal IT applications that power our 1,200-person organization. You’ll collaborate closely with our C#/.NET development team to design, maintain, and optimize the databases that drive operational success across the company. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL and Azure SQL databases supporting enterprise applications • Collaborate with software engineers to design and support data solutions integrated with .NET Core applications • Build and manage stored procedures, views, and ETL processes • Work within the Entity Framework to support data access and performance • Troubleshoot and tune database performance and resolve data-related issues Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in SQL development, ideally within Azure SQL • Strong experience writing and tuning complex queries and stored procedures • Familiarity with .NET Core/C# environments and Entity Framework • Experience supporting internal business systems or enterprise applications • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in Lakewood/Golden, CO Nice to Have: • Experience in data modeling, ETL design, or cloud-based data pipelines • Exposure to DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines for database deployments This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and play a visible role in scaling and supporting the systems that keep the company running efficiently.
Requirements
