The Impact You’ll Make GIS is seeking a Dynamics Functional Architect responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business needs, translating them into functional specifications, and configuring the system accordingly, including data mapping, workflow design, and customization (PCF). The architect will collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of tailored solutions across various Dynamics modules such as Sales, Services, and Scheduling. What You’ll Do Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, identify suitable Dynamics 365 modules, and design solutions involving data mapping, workflow automation, customizations, and system integrations. Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles for Dynamics 365 implementations. Configure Dynamics 365 modules, including fields, views, security roles, business rules, and workflows to meet client needs. Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using APIs, connectors, and custom development as needed. Develop data migration strategies, including data cleansing and transformation, to transfer data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365. Create prototypes and demonstrations to showcase Dynamics 365 solutions and validate designs with stakeholders. Ensure solutions comply with security and regulatory requirements. Work with business users, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Who We’re Looking For 7-10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Strong understanding of the Field Service Module and scheduling in Dynamics. 5-7 years of experience in configuration and customization of the Dynamics Field Service Module. 3-4 years of experience in PCF custom design on Dynamics 365. Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, Power Apps, jQuery, XML, Azure DevOps, and related technologies. Experience with SAP is a plus.
