The Business Intelligence Analyst team supports the design, development, testing, delivery, and maintenance of user-centric tools that improve business processes and enhance the user experience. Using Microsoft Power Platform – including Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, and Power Automate – the analysts transform business requirements into effective, data-driven solutions. Core Responsibilities • Assist in developing user interfaces using Microsoft Power Platform tools: Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, and Power Automate • Participate in efforts to design, test, and maintain software solutions for business process improvement • Apply best practices and company standards in developing Power Platform solutions • Support refactoring and optimization efforts in Power BI and related tools • Perform basic data transformation tasks using Power Query (M) and DAX • Help build dataflows and data models for reporting and analytics • Maintain clear documentation for new and existing solutions • Support team and user training on Power Platform tools and reports • Provide day-to-day support to internal users and the Business Process team • Identify data or process issues and suggest improvements • Contribute to broader team initiatives as needed Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience • 0–3 years of experience in a similar platform or data analyst role • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Power Platform tools • Basic understanding of business process analysis • Exposure to Power Apps and Power Automate • Interest in gaining experience in: • Microsoft PL-x00 certification • SQL and relational database concepts • Power Platform features such as advanced DAX and data modeling • SharePoint architecture and integration • Performance tuning in Power BI • UI/UX principles for dashboard and report design • Python for data analysis • Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 Benefits In addition to a comprehensive package of health benefits that include company contributions, Safran Passenger Innovations offers a variety of additional benefits and perks to enhance your work-life balance experience including but not limited to: • A home allowance to elevate your home workspace • Discretionary bonus program • Future financial security with a 401(k) program with company match • Paid time off covering vacations, personal time off and sick days, capped off by an exciting year-end holiday shutdown • Embraced flexibility with our alternative work schedule (9/80) to navigate your workweeks with every other Friday off
