As IT Analyst IV, you will provide technical leadership to a team of analysts to deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications in order to optimize organizational functioning. Responsibilities/Expectations: • Collaborates effectively with business partners, project team, and senior management to develop solutions that facilitate the integration of business processes • Recommends solutions based on an understanding of business requirements • Provides technical leadership and mentorship within a broader team • Solves sophisticated problems; takes broad perspective to identify innovative solutions • Leads teams or involved in sophisticated projects • Analyzes and develops short and long-term solutions to information technology (IT) needs • Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software applications • Uses project management concepts, requirements gathering and documentation, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and testing • Produces quality functional and technical documentation • Develops and maintains integrations and reports within Workday HR application • Works closely with partners to translate requirements into Workday design and development for enterprise HR applications • Follows ITIL change management and work intake processes applying ServiceNow performing change impact analysis tasks • Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: • Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum fifteen (15) years' IT experience • Preferred: Bachelor’s in IT-related field or equivalent experience and minimum eight (8) years’ experience with Workday integration and reporting Other Requirements: • Preferred: Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Cloud Connect and BIRT Reporting • Preferred: Exposure to all phases of systems development, especially the design and delivery of Workday data model and integration tools • Preferred: Strong knowledge of web services, SOAP, WDSL, XML, XSLT or XPATH • Preferred: Workday certification; functional Workday knowledge with core HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Compensation, and Learning; experience in Agile methodology • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority • Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills , This job is responsible for collaborating with business users in identifying business requirements, and translating them into system requirements, and logical/functional design.
