Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Exchange Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Modern Work technology expert, you will collaborate with clients and Slalom consultants to analyze and address business challenges related to communication, messaging, user accounts, and endpoints. Key Responsibilities • Implement technology solutions that optimize client communication and system performance. • Analyze business needs and identify complex issues that can be solved by leveraging technology solutions. • Expand technical expertise by staying current with Microsoft products and services, including recent cloud product updates. • Collaborate across practices to integrate Exchange, AD, and Azure systems effectively. • Mentor and support peers by sharing knowledge and expertise on Exchange and related technologies. Requirements To succeed in this role, you must have demonstrated expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Entra ID. You should also possess proficiency in migration, management, and reporting using tools such as AD/Entra Connect, Exchange Online Protection, and Defender for Endpoints. In addition, you should exhibit familiarity with third-party protection, migration, and management tools, including ShareGate, BitTitan, Mimecast, and other relevant technologies. A comprehensive understanding of messaging and communication systems, as well as identity management systems, is also essential.
