Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic engineering team as a DevOps Automation Specialist. About the Role: • Design and develop automated testing scripts for complex systems using industry-standard tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or custom frameworks. • Conduct load and performance testing by executing tests to simulate high-traffic conditions and identify performance bottlenecks using automated scripts. • Analyze results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights on performance improvements and optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software and improve testing processes. Key Responsibilities: • Establish and refine performance benchmarks. • Maintain and improve automation suite by integrating with CI/CD pipelines. • Recommend improvements to the codebase or infrastructure based on test results. • Use monitoring tools to track system performance during load tests and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience in software development, testing with a focus on automation. • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript). Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
