Job Description As a Business/Information Architect in the Global Contact Center Technology portfolio, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements and defining architecture-based solutions that align to Ford Motor Company's patterns and standards. You will be working alongside platform and data architecture, ensuring solutions meet both the portfolio and enterprise requirements and security. You will also bring in industry best practices to help Ford mature architecture offerings. You will work with business stakeholders and product teams to define, assemble, and integrate components based on Ford standards and business requirements (examples: hardware, software, availability, scalability and reliability). You will develop and communicate architecture design for new products/features. You will lead the product teams to define future strategy. You will participate in vendor solution evaluation processes. You should have demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities In this role, you will: Understand and build end to end landscape from a business and technical perspective- using your Business acumen/ Technical acumen and use that knowledge to build strategies for the portfolio. Work with Agile teams in a Product Driven and articulate the strategy and vision (BPMN, Visio), understanding APIs.Work with business and product teams to evaluate the current state and build a roadmap to mature to the desired future state leveraging an Agile mindset. Deliver capability assessments, along with conceptual and contextual models. Work with the product teams to deliver and support a digital channel strategy and integrations consistent with the enterprise technology roadmap. Qualifications Skills Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 12 years), or an associate degree with a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience5+ Years of designing business process management and CRM solutions in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics5+ years of experience working on Integrations with other IT Systems (Financial Systems, Reporting, Project Management, etc.) for large-scale enterprises1+ years of experience architecting solutions utilizing Azure ecosystems2+ years of experience building reference architectures for emerging technologies, cloud architectures and other related virtualization technologies2+ years of experience working with Agile teams in a Product Driven Organization5+ years of experience working on multiple or large-scale projects and incorporating all levels of architecture development5+ years of identifying business requirements and determining operational impacts and system changes to meet the business objectives 5+ years of experience collaborating with other business and solution architects, as well as technology delivery teams to define architectural approaches and solutions5+ years of experience Proven architecture and design experience in big data batch and real-time technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Pig, HBase, Map Reduce, SPARK and STORM, Kafka Skills Desired:2+ years' experience designing Contact Center channel technology architecture and implementing best practices 2+ years' experience designing Contact Center business process mapping for contact center case management2+ years' experience supporting global data privacy policies (GDPR, CCPA. CPRA, DPIA, etc.)Agile Scrum Product Owner Certification Trained on TOGAF and Bizbok method Experience with CCaaS2+ Experience working in Rally, Jira, or Azure Dev Ops for Project Tracking2+ years of experience in integration of cloud-based services such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with on-premises systems.
