Director, Business Transformation - Data & Analytics As a Director in the Business Transformation Practice, you will drive the growth, expansion, and successful delivery of Embark's Data & Analytics consulting services. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in data-driven solutions, a strong business development mindset, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Engagement Leadership & Delivery Lead the execution of Data & Analytics engagements across multiple clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with Statement of Work (SOW) requirements. Provide strategic leadership throughout project lifecycles, from scoping and resource allocation to execution and completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Act as the primary point of contact for engagements, proactively addressing client needs and managing expectations. Data & Analytics Strategy & Execution Lead the delivery of data science projects, developing predictive models, machine learning solutions, and advanced analytical frameworks to drive business insights. Lead the delivery of data engineering projects, designing and implementing scalable, high-performance data pipelines that support real-time and batch processing. Lead the delivery of data warehousing projects, optimizing data storage, retrieval, and processing across cloud-based platforms such as MS SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Synapse Analytics. Lead the delivery of data strategy and governance projects, establishing frameworks for data security, compliance, and quality management to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of client data. Lead the delivery of business intelligence and analytics projects, defining key performance metrics and building interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using tools like Tableau and Power BI. Lead the delivery of AI and machine learning projects, staying at the forefront of emerging AI technologies and identifying opportunities for innovation. Lead the delivery of data architecture and infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, reliability, and efficiency across data platforms. Business Development & Growth Partner with Embark's Managing Directors and Business Development teams to drive go-to-market strategies, identifying new business opportunities and expanding the firm's presence in the Data & Analytics space. Develop and nurture relationships with executives and decision-makers, leveraging connections for prospective client engagements and referrals. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand engagements across Embark's broader practice areas and service offerings. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics consulting or industry roles focused on implementing and managing large-scale data initiatives. Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong programming proficiency in Python, R, and SQL. Expertise in designing and implementing Azure solutions, including Logic Apps, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS architectures. Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Proficiency in ETL processes, data lakes, and data warehousing technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Synapse Analytics).
