Role Description • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualizations and insights using Power BI • Create and optimize complex data models using DAX to support the specific reporting and analytics needs of the business • Utilize Power Query to extract transform and load data from various sources into Power BI Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports • Continuously monitor report performance and optimize DAX and other elements for faster rendering and data refresh cycles • Work closely with the IT and cloud teams to integrate Power BI with other platforms such as Azure Synapse Azure Data Factory Databricks and more when needed • Use Power BI REST APIs for embedding automating and managing reports and dashboards in thirdparty applications or portals • Present insights and dashboards to senior management and other stakeholders Provide training and support to endusers to ensure the effective use of Power BI reports and dashboards • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Power BI and implement relevant ones to enhance reporting capabilities Essential Skills • Proven experience in building deploying and maintaining complex reports and dashboards using Power BI • Strong expertise in Data Analysis Expressions DAX and Power Query for data modeling and transformation • Proficiency in using Power BI REST APIs for extended functionality and integration • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively liaise with stakeholders and present insights Nice to have Skills • Familiarity with Azure Synapse and its integration with Power BI for enhanced analytics capabilities • Experience with Azure Data Factory for orchestrating and automating data workflows • Knowledge of the Lakehouse architecture and how it can be leveraged in Power BI reporting • Handson experience or understanding of Azure Databricks and its interplay with Power BI Experience • Multiple years of experience as a dedicated Power BI developer showcasing a strong portfolio of reports and dashboards catered to varied business needs • Demonstrated capability in handling large datasets optimizing report performance and ensuring data security best practices • Past experience in working with crossfunctional teams including data engineers business analysts and cloud architects Skills Mandatory Skills : PowerBI,Tableau,BI Solutions Architecture,Dimensional Data Modeling Other Details Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”): Benefits And Perks • Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, Vision • Short Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage • 401(k) Plan with Company match • Life Insurance • Vacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays • Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Benefits Compensation range: $ 110,000.00 to 120,000.00 per year
