AI Solutions Lead Job Summary: Lantern is seeking a highly skilled Azure AI Architect to lead our clients in designing and deploying AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. As an AI Solutions Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to envision, design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that drive business value. About the Role: This is a full-time position based in Dallas/Richardson area or 100% remote opportunity. As an Azure AI Architect, you will be responsible for leading our clients in designing and deploying AI solutions in MS Azure. You will work closely with our team to understand business requirements and design AI solutions that meet those needs. Responsibilities: - Lead clients in envisioning, designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions in Microsoft Azure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design AI solutions that meet those needs. - Develop and maintain Azure generative AI and traditional machine learning solutions. - Engage in high-level conversations with clients to shape potential projects and provide expert advice on AI strategy and implementation. - Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences through presentations and whiteboarding. - Work closely with sales teams to support business development and pre-sales motions. Requirements: - Experience architecting, developing, deploying, and maintaining Azure generative AI and traditional machine learning solutions. - Strong foundational understanding of machine learning algorithms and generative AI. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience programming in languages such as Python, PySpark, or C#. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. - Experience building automations with Azure Function Apps, Azure Data Factory, Power Automate, or Azure Logic Apps. - Certifications like AI-102 (Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) or DP-100 (Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate). Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
