Rize CU is seeking an experienced Business Account Executive (BAE) to join our dynamic team in the Las Vegas, NV area. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work both remotely and onsite, while spending significant time out in the community developing and nurturing business relationships. About the Role: As a Business Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to support local businesses. You’ll focus on acquiring new business banking members, expanding relationships, and promoting a suite of financial services including loans, deposits, and treasury management solutions. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for small business clients, delivering exceptional service and customized financial strategies. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate new business, drive revenue growth, and exceed sales goals. Key Responsibilities: • Proactively source new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement. • Promote a full range of business banking services including checking, savings, treasury, merchant, and payroll solutions. • Conduct loan interviews, analyze financial data, and prepare lending applications for underwriting. • Build and manage a portfolio of business members with annual revenues between $1M–$5M. • Represent us at events, trade shows, and business associations to grow your network and market presence. • Ensure compliance with lending regulations and internal policies throughout the sales and lending process. What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of experience in business banking and lending, with a proven track record of sales success. • Strong knowledge of small business financial needs, including lines of credit, equipment loans, and deposit products. • Familiarity with SBA lending (7a and 504), State Guaranty, and commercial real estate transactions is preferred. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you’re a relationship builder through and through. • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms for sales tracking and reporting. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation – this role involves 55%-75% travel in the Las Vegas area.
