If you do not satisfy these requirements you will not be considered for this position. Description: Perform advanced development and create process improvements within the Microsoft Power Platform. Develop and customize applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, Power Query, Dataflows, and Power BI. Design applications using software engineering principles. Perform code reviews, especially for less experienced developers, to ensure code quality and adherence to software engineering best practices. Provide training and technical support to development team members as needed. Estimate work and provide accurate timelines. Clearly communicate design ideas and clearly explain the root causes of production issues. Document steps for DevOps teams to deploy applications. Monitor deployments to higher environments. Identify, design, and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions and processes. Required Skills: 10+ Years of Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataflows Power BI) 8+ Years of Customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications/Power Platform solutions 8+ Years of Development with JavaScript/JavaScript Frameworks 8+ Years of Development with JSON 8+ Years of Development with RESTful services 8+ Years of Development with C#.Net 8+ Years of Development with data integration 8+ Years of Implementing security and governance in the Power Platform 8+ Years of Code branching, merging, and version control using Git 8+ Years of Estimating work with accurate timelines and resource requirements Preferred Skills: 8 Years of Effectively communicating design ideas verbally and written 1 Year of Must hold Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification.
