Position Details • Location: Omaha, NE (Hybrid 3-4 days onsite) • Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr We are looking for a seasoned Windows Administrator based in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate must be within commuting distance or willing to relocate, as this role requires 3-4 days per week onsite. The role demands deep technical expertise in Windows systems administration, VMware infrastructure, and Active Directory, along with experience in enterprise IT environments. Key skills include: ESXi, vCenter, NSX-T, AD/DNS/DHCP, server hardware (HP/Dell/Cisco UCS), ITIL processes, change management, public cloud (Azure), scripting (Power Shell/Ansible), and ticketing systems like Service Now. Experience in leading escalations and participating in CAB meetings is essential. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 8-15 years in IT. Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills are a must. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA is a plus.
