Roles & Responsibilities • Design & Implementation: Architect and implement Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) solutions for enterprise device management, ensuring scalability and security. • O365 & Azure Integration: Integrate Intune with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and other enterprise services to streamline identity and access management. • Windows Autopilot Deployment: Develop and optimize Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning, ensuring seamless device onboarding. • Device Compliance & Security: Define and enforce compliance policies, security baselines, and conditional access to safeguard corporate data. • Application & Patch Management: Deploy, update, and manage applications and OS patches across Windows, and Android devices. • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide Level 3+ support for complex endpoint management issues, working closely with vendors and internal teams. • Automation & Scripting: Leverage PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to automate endpoint management tasks and improve efficiency. • Monitoring & Reporting: Utilize Defender for Endpoint, Log Analytics, CrowdStrike Falcon, Absolute and other tools to monitor device health, compliance, and security posture. • Governance & Best Practices: Establish and document Intune best practices, policies, and governance frameworks for enterprise adoption. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with IT, security, and compliance teams to align endpoint management strategies with business goals.
