ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Cybersecurity Administrator (Configuration Cell) to join our team in Doral, FL. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To • Leads development and improvement of security strategies, policies, and procedures for configuration management systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational risk. • Serves as a Subject Matter Expert in cybersecurity, with specialized knowledge in securing configuration management processes. • Designs, implements, and maintains advanced security configurations for operating systems, applications, and network devices within the Configuration Cell. • Conducts comprehensive risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to proactively identify and mitigate threats. • Administers and optimizes a wide range of security tools, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and DLP solutions within the Configuration Cell. • Monitors system logs and network traffic for security events, utilizing advanced threat intelligence and analytics to detect and respond to attacks. • Develops and maintains comprehensive security documentation (policies, procedures, standards, guidelines) specific to the Configuration Cell. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree • 12+ years of experience with 7+ years in cybersecurity, with a focus on security administration and configuration management. • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent industry-recognized security certification • Expert-level understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.), including advanced routing, switching, and network security principles. • Extensive hands-on experience with a wide range of security tools and technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, SIEM, etc.), including their configuration, integration, and management in complex enterprise environments. • Advanced knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation of security tasks and processes. • Experience with security auditing and compliance frameworks, such as NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate complex security risks. Desired Qualifications • Master's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. • Advanced industry certifications (e.g., CISSP-ISSMP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA CySA+/CASP+, GIAC, (ISC)² certifications like CCSP/CISSP-ISSAP/ISSEP). • Cloud certifications demonstrating expertise in securing cloud environments (e.g., AWS Security–Specialty, Azure Security Engineer–Associate, Google Cloud Security Engineer). • ITIL Foundation certification or higher. • Experience at a DoD Combatant Command or component is desired. Clearance Requirements • Must have an active/current TS/SCI security clearance. Physical Requirements • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
