The Lockheed Martin Artificial Intelligence Center (LAIC) team is seeking a mid-career AI Software Engineer for classified deployments for machine learning workload environments and tooling. Your Mission: As a Classified MLOps Deployment Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in Kubernetes and experience deploying machine learning tools in various settings to drive several key initiatives. Your primary focus areas will include deploying tooling in disconnected environments, fostering relationships with classified systems developers, optimizing infrastructure as code and software bills of materials, and providing deployment expertise across the technology stack. Your responsibilities will include the following: • Identifying classified program model training and deployment pain points • Acting as a developer relations lead for classified environment users • Researching, understanding, and deploying third-party and in-house machine learning capabilities for use in classified and disconnected environments • Incorporating deployment lessons learned for improved deployment artifacts • Establishing recommended vision and objectives for MLOps platform disconnected environments support As a mid-level engineer, you'll be a strong fit for this role if you have a solid track record of technical expertise and a growing ability to apply strategic thinking to complex problems.
