.NET DEVELOPER – HYBRID IN MESA, AZ We are seeking two .NET Developers for a 6+ month contract role on-site 2 days per week in Mesa, AZ. This position supports a client in the transportation technology sector whose solutions include pedestrian security, traffic signals, toll management, and school zone monitoring. The developers will play a key role in building and maintaining high-performance backend services using .NET technologies. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens and local to the Phoenix metro area. What You’ll Do • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET applications and backend services • Focus on performance optimization and clean, maintainable code • Participate in code reviews and offer constructive technical feedback • Mentor and support newer team members as needed What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field • At least 3 years of professional .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) • Minimum 2 years of experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP • Minimum 2 years of experience with relational databases and ORMs (Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, Entity Framework) • Minimum 2 years of Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience Bonus Points For • Experience with Docker or Kubernetes • Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools, especially Azure DevOps • Previous work in an Agile/Scrum environment • Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to contribute in a collaborative team setting Qualified candidates will first complete a virtual screening focused on problem solving, teamwork, and communication.
