Job Title: Business Analyst Case Management Location: On-site in Indianapolis, IN Duration : 6 months to Fulltime Key Responsibilities: • Develop clear, concise use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide system configuration and development. • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications in coordination with developers and solution architects. • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions with internal teams, end users, and stakeholders. • Support user testing (UAT), system validation, and training activities to ensure solution readiness and adoption. • Maintain thorough documentation of all business processes, requirements, and configuration decisions. • Ensure compliance with federal and state victim compensation program guidelines and data privacy standards. Qualifications: • 3 5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in government, legal, justice, or nonprofit sectors. • Proven experience with case management systems or cloud-based solutions • Strong understanding of victim compensation programs or related public service domains is highly desirable. • Ability to create detailed use cases, business process maps, and functional requirement documents. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid development methodologies. • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA testers, and end users. • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Criminal Justice, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of state or federal compliance requirements for victim services programs. • Experience with tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar. • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus. • Understanding of GovRamp, FedRamp, HIPAA, is a plus.
