We’re looking for a curious and motivated Data Engineer who thrives at the intersection of AI, Analytics, and real-world impact and who can handle the entire lifecycle — from raw data to deployed insights to supporting production Analytics/AI systems. You will play a key role in designing and deploying intelligent systems that support clinical decision-making and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to support AI and analytics workflows • Develop and deploy AI models for Procedure Appropriateness Score (PAS) and Patient Scheduling optimization • Build and operationalize Predictive Analytics (e.g. forecasting which treatment is likely to succeed based on patient similarities) • Implement Prescriptive Analytics (e.g. as recommending optimal treatment paths based on historical outcomes and clinical guidelines) • Design and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to support insights and decision-making Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field • Hands-on experience building ETL/ELT data pipelines and working with large datasets • Strong hands-on experience through academic or personal projects in: Python (especially scikit-learn, pandas), SQL, Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), PySpark, and Databricks • Familiarity with core AI/ML methods such as: Logistic Regression, Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), Time Series Models Preferred Skills • Experience with Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions and Azure SQL • Experience creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations • Exposure to real-world healthcare datasets or domain knowledge How to Apply • Submit resume and a 1-page summary detailing relevant coursework and project experience with the following requirement: strong hands-on experience through academic or personal projects in: Python (especially scikit-learn, pandas), SQL, Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), PySpark, and Databricks.
