About the Role: We’re seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer with expertise in Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) or Customer Engagement (CE) to support our sales team and drive customer success. You will play a crucial role in demonstrating the value of our solutions, addressing customer queries, and ensuring seamless end-to-end implementation. What You’ll Do: • 🛠️ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the capabilities of Dynamics 365 F&O/CE. • 📊 Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs. • 🔁 Provide technical and functional expertise during the pre-sales process, ensuring alignment with customer goals. • 🔗 Assist in the development of proposals, including solution design, scope, and pricing. • 🤝 Engage with customers to address queries, provide insights, and build strong relationships. • 🔐 Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices. • 🧠 Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and enhancements to provide informed recommendations. • 📚 Support the transition from pre-sales to implementation, ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team. What You’ll Need: • 💻 3-15 years of pre-sales experience with a focus on Dynamics 365 F&O/CE. • 🔄 Proven track record of delivering 3-4 end-to-end Dynamics projects. • 📊 Strong technical and functional knowledge of Dynamics 365, including customization and integration. • 🛡️ Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to handle demonstrations and queries independently. • ⚙️ Experience with solution design, proposal development, and pricing. • 💬 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 🧑🔧 • Analytical mindset with a focus on customer success and solution excellence.
