Description The Senior Developer will take charge of designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom applications utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. In this role, you will work within an Agile development team, collaborating with fellow developers, business analysts, and project managers to meet project requirements while adhering to best practices for Microsoft development. You will be instrumental in translating business requirements into functional solutions that leverage the out-of-the-box capabilities of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Compensation and Benefits • Projected salary range: \(140,000 - \)170,000 (annualized USD) • Salary determined by a combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, internal pay equity, location, and other organizational requirements. Skills • At least 8 years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft technologies • Intermediate to advanced skills in most of the following: Power Apps, Power Pages, PCF Controls, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management Gateway, Power Virtual Agents, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Power BI • Proficient in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL • Hands-on experience architecting Dynamics customizations, including server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins • Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Power Apps Studio • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Must have an active DOD Secret (or above) clearance Responsibilities • Develop and customize Dynamics 365 applications using Model-driven Power Apps with Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services • Design and implement user interfaces, business logic, workflows, and integrations using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and quality assurance of developed solutions • Debug and troubleshoot issues and provide technical support as needed • Document and maintain technical specifications and design documents of solutions Qualifications • Proven experience in developing Microsoft technology solutions • Expertise in architecting Dynamics customizations and integrations • Strong communication and collaborative skills Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Education Requirements Credential Category • No specific credential category specified Experience Requirements • Minimum of 8 years experience in developing Microsoft solutions • Proven ability to work within an Agile development team Why work in Washington, DC Washington, DC is a thriving hub of innovation and opportunity, known for its rich history and vibrant culture.
