About Cloud Infrastructure & Security Services: Cognizant's Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Services Practice (CIS), is all about embracing digital transformation by driving core modernization holistically across layers! Sectra One Cloud is a service run primarily in Windows environments (there is a few occurrences of Linux platforms as well) in Microsoft Azure. Currently, the footprint consists of between 40 to 100 virtual machines for each tenant (Sectra does not provide Sectra One Cloud as a multi-tenant option). With this comes the natural needs for continuous operations that includes: • Monthly patching of Operating Systems (mainly automatic, but needs to be overlooked) • 3rd party and Sectra software patching • Operating system or SQL Server upgrades • Monitoring and monitoring configuration • Event management • Support management • Extending or upgrade of the environment • (for instance, changing to new types of resources within MS Azure) • Decommission of resources in the environment • Active Directory and user administration • Configuration of firewalls, • Optimization of services including management of recommendations from governance services and security operations center (SOC). • Development and improvements to automation scrips #LI-NC1 Applications will be accepted until 1/10/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $73,000.00 - $86,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
