Position: Client Services Ambassador Location: Honolulu, HI Pay: $19/hour Experience: 2 years of recent customer service experience is required. Education: High school diploma or GED. Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm (We will reimburse daily parking costs!) Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Client Services Ambassador to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description: • Perform New Group Touches and 2-Month Touches in accordance with Client Services desktop procedures, on behalf of Client Services Liaisons and Coordinators. Document all interactions in Salesforce. • Conduct additional routine outreach as assigned. • Review group renewals with no rate or benefit changes to ensure accuracy and route them for timely processing by Employer Services. • Maintain the Doc Store Packet Order spreadsheet and print pamphlets as needed, following established procedures. • Serve as the primary backup for the Client Services email inbox and ACD line, supporting the Client Services Coordinators. • Provide backup coverage for other Client Services Coordinator tasks, including distributing eFaxes, managing the ESD-CLI rejection folders, and processing group demographic changes. Position Requirements: • Proficient in PC keyboarding. • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Ability to communicate professionally with clients and brokers via phone and email. • Comfortable performing basic calculations (discounts, extensions, ratios, allocations). • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
