Job Summary: Azure Operations Engineer Phoenix, AZ (Day One Onsite) We are seeking an Azure OpenAl Operations Engineer to manage, optimize, and support Al-powered solutions within Microsoft Azure’s OpenAl ecosystem. This role involves deploying, monitoring, and maintaining Al models, ensuring security and compliance, and optimizing performance for enterprise applications. The Azure Open Al Operations Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Al models and services, ensuring they meet business requirements and SLAs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support and Manage Azure Services : • Deploy and manage Azure Open Al services and solutions. • Configure and maintain Al models, ensuring they are optimized for performance and cost. Manage API authentication, token management, and role-based access control (RBAC). • Al & ML Operations: Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAl, Azure Machine Learning, or Cognitive Services. 2. Monitoring and Optimization: • Monitor the performance and health of Azure services. • Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and issues. • * Optimize Al models and infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability. • 3. Security and Compliance: • Implement and maintain security best practices for Azure Open Al services. • Clear understanding IAM, RBAC, MFA and Data encryption. 4. Incident and Change Management • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure OpenAl services. • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. • * 5. Collaboration and Support: • Work closely with Network Engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to support Al initiatives. 6. Automation and Scripting: • Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks and overations • Implement infrastructure as code (laC) practices using tools like Terraform or ARM templates, 7. Documentation and Training: • Create and maintain comprehensive runbooks for Azure Open Al operations • Stay updated with the latest Azure Open Al features and best practices. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Al Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus Work Environment: • This position may require occasional on-call duties and off-hours work to support critical operations. • Hybrid Working culture, Work in rotating shift depending on business needs.
