Responsibilities: • I will rely on you to plan and effectively organize your time while meeting with application analysts and report consumers to grasp their workflows and reporting needs. • Participating in and guiding the system change phases—design, build, testing, documentation, and education—is crucial. You will create design specifications for new reports and validate suitable technological solutions. • You are expected to comply with departmental processes for change management and risk mitigation, using tools such as Epic Content Management and Data Courier. • Regularly delivering data via standard reporting tools like CSV, Excel, and SlicerDicer custom development is part of the role. • When data integrity issues arise, providing 'break/fix' support and troubleshooting existing reports will be necessary. • You will evaluate, analyze, prioritize, and deliver changes to existing systems or workflows, leading service requests. • Maintaining project communication and status updates with the team and leadership is essential as part of the project planning and execution process.
