Job Overview Experis is seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join their team in Jersey City, NJ. As a member of the Business Intelligence department, you will be responsible for designing and developing business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for data visualization. Main Responsibilities • Develop and implement data models, integrate data sources, and create reports and dashboards using Power BI. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. • Mentor and train junior Power BI developers to improve their skills and knowledge. • Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and work with stakeholders to address them. Required Skills and Qualifications • 3-5 years' experience as an analytics developer specializing in Power BI. • Strong understanding of relational and dimensional databases. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Educated to degree level preferably in an IT-related discipline or with significant industry experience.
